Become a not-so-mad scientist, conduct mind-boggling experiments and learn about the amazing world around us!IMG 8212 1STEAM

Are there budding young scientists in your household? Nurture the curious spirit of your preschoolers by enrolling them in Chippie's Sensational Science Labs, a new educational series for children aged 3 to 5. Inspired by Chippie, BCM's chipmunk mascot, these interactive monthly sessions will engage and entertain kids while teaching science basics, incorporating S.T.E.A.M. elements and age-appropriate experiments.

Cost: museum admission plus $3 lab fee per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Free parking. Pre-registration required two days prior to the event: (859) 491-4003.

Learn about animal science and how our furry, scaly and feather friends adapt to the changes in seasons.
