as he shares the history of YMCA Camp Ernst, focusing on 1954-1979, which proved to be a period of great change at this ultimate NKY summer destination.

All recordings of past episodes can be viewed HERE.
Bryan McIntyre, known to many Camp Ernst alumni as “Lincoln,” jokes that he’s been at YMCA Camp Ernst since its founding in 1928. In reality, he has worked summers at the camp since 1973, with a brief hiatus in the 90s. He spends the school year teaching English part-time at NKU and then moves out to camp each summer, where he enjoys early morning runs along all the camp roads. Bryan is the "in-house camp historian," presiding over monthly Camp History Chat zoom calls, and keeping documents up-to-date for their American Camp Association accreditation. He is the author of Camp Ernst's 90th Anniversary History booklet and is working on the 100th Anniversary book for 2028.
